A foundation in Papua New Guinea at Ningil in 1966 saw Sisters working with representatives from other Australian Presentation Congregations. Today there is a small vital group of Papua New Guinea Sisters carrying on the same mission. Two Wagga Sisters are currently involved in leadership and pastoral support for the Sisters in PNG.
Some Sisters have taken up the opportunity to minister more broadly. They have taught in Zimbabwe, travelled to the Australian outback, lived with families and taught their children. If they were of the Catholic tradition, the children were prepared for the Sacraments. A couple of Sisters spent time in Cobar and Forbes. Some have spent time working alongside Aboriginal families in Bourke and Wilcannia.
The Wagga Congregation, through its connection with the International Presentation Association represented has a at the United Nations in New York and Geneva.
